Combine your crucial operation indicators into one view
The Dashboard module is one of the most important tools to analyze the company's everyday operations and to effectively and reliably navigate the company among managerial decisions. Especially, in the companies where the number of operations is huge, and the value of decision made is crucial.
In the Trood platform, the Dashboard summary module is one of the important and vital instruments. It allows you to combine in 2-3 screens all key indicators that characterize the company's operating activities and which are necessary for top managers to make decisions. In fact, this is a summary of indicators from the various modules of the Trood system, which the user customizes to fit his needs. We help companies with any volume of operating activities and with a different set of tasks to provide operational monitoring of the most important performance indicators and ensure reliable operation of the company.
It is convenient to use the partner portal for organizing interaction between customers and developers, as well as other participants of projects for the development, implementation, and integration of the Trood platform and its individual components with existing management and accounting systems.
Daily operations in Work-In-Progress (WIP) module
One of the most important characteristics of a business is its financial position. Current work shows the number of hours that employees of the company have already worked within the project. This indicator determines the progress of the project implementation, and it is possible to assess the resources available and required for a successful project implementation process. For the correct display of information, it is necessary that employees enter information about the tasks they perform and the hours spent on work. The system calculates the summary information on its own, and such information is eventually displayed on the Dashboard panel.
This module also records the costs associated with the work performed, which are actually calculated as the product of the hourly rate by the number of hours spent by the employee (or his / her salary is paid). This indicator allows you to determine the amount of the invoice issued to the client for payment. In this case, billing (and fixing costs) can be made in different currencies.
Accounts Receivable (A/R) module
After it becomes clear the amount of work done, and this indicator falls into receivables, it is also recorded on the Dashboard. At the same time, both the receivables and the percentage of paid invoices to the total amount of receivables are displayed, which allows the manager to assess how quickly and accurately the client pays for the services rendered.
In this Dashboard, you can track the dynamics of changes in receivables by months and evaluate the client's discipline in paying for services.
In addition to the financial performance indicators described above, additional analytical data is provided on the Results tab. For example, you can estimate the net profit received by a project or an employee. That is, you can actually assess how much profit and revenue the company receives, and what profit and revenue are expected with the full implementation of the project.
For all the above data, you can get detail to individual customers. As there are many customers, the company is interested in quickly tracking the status of financial relationships with each of the customers. In fact, this information is present in financial records, but for operational monitoring, managers often need to have this summary information before their eyes on a weekly basis (or even daily). This is where the main function of the Dashboard summary panel is to provide the manager with a current summary of the current financial situation in the company.
If a manager has a need for detailing for a specific client, the link to this client in the Dashboard is active and clickable (in the Work-In-Progress section). Clicking the mouse opens the actual card of the given client with the corresponding specifying information. For example, for a client-law firm you can see a list of cases that are involved in this project and for which the work was carried out and invoices were issued. At the same time, the percentage of accomplishment of a particular task in a project is recorded, so that the manager can assess how well the employee copes with the tasks and how much the work on the client is progressing. With this specification, you can filter the displayed information by an employee and/or by month.
In section A/R, you can also display the detail for individual clients. This displays all invoices, the corresponding dates, and amounts, as well as the status of the invoice and the task/case with which the invoice is associated. With a large number of clients, or with a large number of small works performed, monitoring such operating activities is very important for tracking the company's operations. It is always important to know who and how much profit companies bring, who work effectively and who does not, which client is more important and which one is less important.
In the end, this information can also be used to assess the effectiveness of employees and the need for their training or professional development. In addition, the manager can reallocate available resources more efficiently between different projects and, as a result, do more work, making it more efficient.
